According to your site restraints, we design autonomous solutions for crude oil heating with indirect water bath heaters or through fire tubes upstream of separation sections. According to the available utilities on site, this preheating can be done through shell and tube heat exchangers (TEMA type) where crude oil is heated using production water, then with superheated water.
