Psychoeducational Group Manual Template Example
The PSW Assessment Templates are provided by the Ventura County SELPA as a suggestion; however, it is important that each individual assessment team ensures that their psychoeducational assessment reports comply with their own individual school district’s guidelines. The templates are provided in Microsoft Word format so that they can be modified and/or added to as each district sees fit. While the templates include areas that are required by law, it is each report author’s responsibility to ensure that their report is thorough and legally compliant.
