The A+ Educational Reform Act of 2000,O.C.G.A. §20-2-281, mandates that the State Board of Education adopt end-of-course assessments in grades nine through twelve for core subjects to be determined by the State Board of Education. With educator input, and State Board approval, the End-of-Course Assessment program is therefore comprised of the following eight content area assessments: (Click on the subject to access the Student Guide or Practice Test if available) Mathematics. Social Studies. Science. English Language Arts. Algebra I and Geometry EOCT will continue to be available through the 2010-2011 school year to accommodate those students that entered high school under the Quality Core Curriculum (QCC) and have not successfully completed these courses as applicable.

These notes are only meant to help you catch up if you’ve been absent or serve as an aid in addition to classroom notes.
